Our chapter leaders are comprised of SIM Boston's Board of Directors, Special Interest Group Coordinators, and chapter staff. We run on a volunteer-based model, with approximately 99% of our efforts contributed by volunteers.

Colleen Banks is the Chief Information Officer at Meridian Health Partners, a regional healthcare services organization, where she leads enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and data governance across a network of clinical and administrative operations. With more than 18 years of technology leadership experience, she has guided organizations through complex system modernizations and cloud migrations in both healthcare and financial services.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a graduate of the SIM Regional Leadership Forum (RLF).
A SIM member for over a decade, Colleen has served on the chapter's program and membership committees and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of IT leaders. Outside of work, she volunteers with a local STEM education nonprofit and enjoys distance running and travel with her family.

Stephen Mooney is the Vice President of Information Technology at Lakeside Financial Group, where he oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise application strategy for a growing regional financial services firm. With over 15 years of IT leadership experience, Stephen has a strong track record of aligning technology investments with business objectives and building high-performing teams.
Prior to Lakeside, Stephen held technology management roles in the insurance and professional services sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ohio State University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Stephen joined his local SIM chapter eight years ago and has been an active contributor to the chapter's programming and events. He is committed to fostering peer connections among IT leaders in the region and looks forward to supporting the chapter's continued growth in his role as Vice Chair.
